GIANNA MILANI is a young hip hop artist hailing from Queens, NY. Her passion for music was ignited at the age of 4 when she performed on stage at LL Cool J’s Rock the Bell Concert. She later went on to work as a professional background dancer, opening for major artists throughout the northeast that included Trey Songz, Pretty Ricky and Keri Hilson. Gianna also performed on BET’s 106 & Park ‘s Wild Out Wednesday on several occasions. She eventually went on to become a member of an up and coming “girl group” before pursuing a solo music career.
As the voice of female millennials, GIANNA MILANI write songs that mimic her lifestyle where she works hard but play harder, making no apologies along the way. She believes women should take ownership of their happiness, finances and sexuality. She collaborated with her former group member AMBER SMOKE on Cause We’re Single, the title song for the scripted series, Sex & The Single Lady (www.sexandthesinglelady.com) currently streaming on Amazon Prime, which she also co-stars in.
She continues to make her mark on the New York underground scene bringing her vibe to stages that include Hot 97’s Grind or Starve, Power 105 Independent Artist Showcase, Power 105.1 Power Industry Unsigned Artist Showcase and many more, in addition to opening for Cory Gunz. Her stage performance is a crowd pleaser for both men and women, highlighting her versatility and dance skills. She seamlessly glides from sexy tease – to homegirl – straight through to her “street anthem” I Ain’t Playin’ Wit You!
